Registration Procedure

In order to register to the Seventh International Conference on Agricultural Statistics (ICAS VII) and/or to the Training Seminar on Methodology for Agricultural Censuses and Surveys (YOUNG STATISTICIANS), please fill in the online form.

The Organizers of The Seventh International Conference on Agricultural Statistics and The Seminar on Methodology for Agricultural Censuses and Surveys cannot provide any support for obtaining a visa for Italy.

Registration Fees

Please note that the following fees include 22% VAT. However a VAT exemption payment option can be selected in the “payments” session later on this form. The amount is to be intended in euros.

Invoice Process


You will be asked to provide precise invoicing data

The invoice data you will provide during the registration process are the data that will be effectively used for the invoice. If your registration fee will be covered by your University/Company/Institution, you must provide the Secretariat with the correct details (please do not forget the VAT number).
You can ask for an invoice VAT excluded if your University/Company/Institution belongs to an INTRASTAT Country; again, in order to do that you will be asked its VAT number (the Secretariat will not accept requests of VAT reimbursement).

The Conference Secretariat will not issue any pro-forma invoice (except for very particular cases which will be discussed with the Local Organizing Committee).
Invoices will be sent after the Secretariat receives and registers the due payment.
In case you pay by credit card, please note that you will be charged 4% credit card commissions.
This commission will be separately invoiced.

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees

Should you need to cancel your participation, you are kindly requested to send an email to the address:

– In case of cancellations received before September 25th 2016, you will be refunded the whole fee: the Conference Secretariat will only withhold € 20 for administrative practices.
– In case of cancellations received before October 12th 2016, you will be refunded 50% of the fee;
– In case of cancellations received after October 12th 2016, the fee will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made by the Conference Secretariat starting from 2 months after the beginning of the Conference.
